Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production To maintain our standard of quality, all items from THE HOUSE are made-to-order. Please allow [3 to 7] business days for your order to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping Estimates Once production is complete and your order ships, transit times will depend on your location. Standard shipping typically takes [7 to 14] business days. (Note: Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays or high-volume drops.)

Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages THE HOUSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and entered correctly at checkout. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Due to the limited, small-batch nature of our vintage-washed garments, THE HOUSE does not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed. Please review all sizing guidelines, product specifications, and your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at michealangelogld@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so that we can evaluate and make it right.
