SHIPPING POLICY

PACE is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

U.S. SHIPPING

Eligible orders ship free within the United States. After production, estimated delivery is generally 7–14 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside our control.

TRACKING

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take additional time to update after the label is created.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or fulfillment, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address submitted at checkout.

DELAYED, LOST, OR MARKED-DELIVERED ORDERS

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact us with your order number so we can help review the shipment. Carrier investigations and replacement eligibility are handled case by case.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, the store is focused on U.S. shipping. If international shipping becomes available, delivery estimates, duties, taxes, and fees will be shown or communicated separately. Customers are responsible for import charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
